New Features Summary
Add Terms & Conditions to Loyalty Rewards
When providing loyalty rewards to guests it is important for customers to be able to communicate any relevant terms and conditions associated with them. This was previously a cumbersome process as the user would have to be directed elsewhere to find them. The process has been significantly improved with this release, which introduces the possibility to link directly to a URL containing the terms & conditions from the reward itself.
Add QR Code to Emails
The last Loyalty release introduced the ability to display guests' loyalty cards as a QR code in the Balance Widget which represented an important step in moving toward a digital-first loyalty solution. This release continues that development, adding the same ability to emails. Now customers will be able to include the guests' loyalty card stored as a QR code as part of their welcome email after sign-up.
